4. When you have completed step 3, click the Import Fund Fields and Data button below to being your first import.

This initial import will not bring over any data, but will import all of the System and Custom attributes as headers in Blackbaud Stewardship Management. In order to bring over the data, you will then need to go to Fund Import Configuration and map the following headers to the following fields:

The following fields are used to determine how new funds from Financial Edge will be matched to Portfolios in Blackbaud Stewardship Management: Fund ID, Fund Code, Fund Auxiliary Code, or Project ID- Select at least one and use the corresponding dropdown(s) to designate the field(s) from Financial Edge that will match. Funds in the import that do not exist in AW will use these fields to match to portfolios in Blackbaud Stewardship Management.

Fund UID - This will be used to determine what field is used to match Funds from Financial Edge NXT to Existing funds in Blackbaud Stewardship Management.
Fund Name - This will determine what field(s) the system will use to generate the name of the fund within Blackbaud Stewardship Management. The fund name can be a combination of multiple fields that are used simultaneously to create one name, i.e. Name + Department shows as“Blackbaud Stewardship Management Fund Engineering Department”.
